MouthWatering Papadum Veggie Snack

ingredients
  • Masala papad/plain papad (poppadom)-6 pcs
  • Any mix bhujiya/kurmure/namkeen-150 gm
  • 1 Chopped Green Chili
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Boiled and Chopped Potato
  • Chopped coriander leaves/cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Mustard oil
  • 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
instructions
  1. Heat a Frypan on medium flame.
  2. Cut the papad into four pieces and roast it on Frypan on the medium flame from both sides.
  3. Add namkeen/any mix bhujiya/kurmure to the bowl and mix lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt to it with chopped onion and potato. Mix well.
  4. Now put the mixture on papad.

garnishing

For garnishing put some chopped green chilies, along with cilantro or coriander leaves.

Serve Immediately
