MouthWatering Papadum Veggie Snack
- Masala papad/plain papad (poppadom)-6 pcs
- Any mix bhujiya/kurmure/namkeen-150 gm
- 1 Chopped Green Chili
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- 1 Boiled and Chopped Potato
- Chopped coriander leaves/cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Mustard oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
- Heat a Frypan on medium flame.
- Cut the papad into four pieces and roast it on Frypan on the medium flame from both sides.
- Add namkeen/any mix bhujiya/kurmure to the bowl and mix lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt to it with chopped onion and potato. Mix well.
- Now put the mixture on papad.
For garnishing put some chopped green chilies, along with cilantro or coriander leaves.
